Chris and Sarah Mougeotte launched The Lake City Saver in Warsaw and Kosciusko County in 2009. That publication grew into a wider effort to connect local businesses with nearby customers.

Today, ShopSmart brings together magazines, postcards, and digital marketing. The channels have expanded; the community focus remains.
